If you are seeking an Order of Protection and filed your report with the White County Sheriff’s Office, please take the following steps. The Affidavit and the Order of Protection Petition MUST both be filled out to the best of your ability if the section applies to you.

You won't sign the documents online. You will come to the Sheriff's office to sign them and have them notarized.

If you are seeking and Order of Protection and filed your report with a Police Department in White County, please contact the reporting agency.

If you are seeking an Order of Protection and filed your report with an agency outside of White County, but live in White County, please contact us by phone at 501-279-6279 during the hours of 8:00 to 4:30 CST.

Come to the White County Sheriff's Office in person, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm to review it with a Detective and have the document notarized. You do not need to bring the forms. We should have your submission (if you properly confirmed your email address via Adobe in Step 3).
